　　近日，工業和信息化部等七部門發布《關于加快推動制造業綠色化發展的指導意見》，其中提到：前瞻布局綠色低碳領域未來產業。聚焦“雙碳”目標下能源革命和產業變革需求，謀劃布局氫能、儲能、生物制造、碳捕集利用與封存(CCUS)等未來能源和未來制造產業發展。圍繞石化化工、鋼鐵、交通、儲能、發電等領域用氫需求，構建氫能制、儲、輸、用等全產業鏈技術裝備體系，提高氫能技術經濟性和產業鏈完備性。

　　早在2022年，國家發展改革委、國家能源局發布了《氫能產業發展中長期規劃(2021-2035年)》，就部署了推動氫能產業高質量發展的重要舉措。氫能作為構建清潔低碳、安全高效能源體系的重要抓手在全球范圍內的關注度穩步提升。截至去年底，全球已有包括中國在內的50余個國家和地區發布國家級氫能發展戰略。
