  SB型系列離心機是我公司根據(jù)廣大用戶進行GMP規(guī)范改造而設(shè)計的全密閉離心機，電機由變頻控制（也可采用離合器）平穩(wěn)啟動，通過傳動系統(tǒng)帶動轉(zhuǎn)鼓繞其主軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)形成離心力場。加料轉(zhuǎn)速、清洗轉(zhuǎn)速，脫液轉(zhuǎn)速都可以在一定轉(zhuǎn)速（O-轉(zhuǎn)鼓zui高轉(zhuǎn)速）同任意選擇，在離心力場的作用下，料液被拋向轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁，液相經(jīng)濾袋和轉(zhuǎn)鼓小孔進入機殼空間落到機身底盤上，經(jīng)出液口排出，固相物料留在濾袋內(nèi)。料液由加料管加入，洗滌水通過洗滌管加入，加料、洗滌可由專門的閥進行控制，物料脫水，洗滌完畢后停機，借助于特殊設(shè)計的平衡裝置，打開機蓋，將物料卸出。

配置在線清洗系統(tǒng)（噴淋系統(tǒng)），對離心機外殼內(nèi)壁、轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)外表面、集液槽表面等離心機內(nèi)部不可見部位進行清洗，保證了潔凈度要求，符合GMP規(guī)范。
結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作維修方便。
通用性強，適用范圍廣。既可用于固相為顆粒狀的懸浮液分離，也可用于纖維狀物料的分離。
可采用變頻器啟動，啟動平穩(wěn)，分離因素可調(diào)；非接觸式能耗制動系統(tǒng)；防靜電皮帶傳動；機體密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠和氟橡膠。可實現(xiàn)密閉防爆要求，適合于有毒和易燃、易爆場合的應(yīng)用。
配置氮氣保護系統(tǒng)，保證離心機內(nèi)腔與外部空氣隔離。
