2L-GSM is a simple-structure gear-type level sensor which is manufactured so as to bear humidity or shock well, it is installed in the water tank or the oil tank in danger of explosion, and the quantity in the tank can be checked by Measurer (M) in it. At the time of checking the quantity in the tank indoors, checking the instruction indoors is
possible by installing the converter in the sensor head and the sensor body separately and by connecting DC24V to the digital meter or the analog meter of the sensor in series, and it is designed as a structure where the control and ‘high and low’
alert is possible at the time of installing 4～20㎃ input unit.

▶	When the sensor cannot be inserted into the tank due to no space between the tank and the ceiling height, use a gear-type sensor.(Space should be more than 300㎜.
▶	Area where temperature is high, such as BC storage tank, hot spring water tank, use high-temperature-withstanding material (PP+ Fiber) for the body.
▶	Used for the water tank, the oil tank, the sewage disposal tank and the tank in danger of explosion at the time of the electrical supply on the instruction and its control. (Hydrochloric Acid, Surfuric Acid and special agents are separately ordered)

If the user pulls SUS rope in the state that the rope is wound in the rope base by the board spring on which the special heat treatment of SUS board is applied in the inside of the sensor body, the spring is wound and SUS rope is moved up and down so that
the gear connected to the board spring shaft can give instructions to the other gears, and as FLOAT is moved up and down depending on the liquid surface of the water or the oil by its weight and buoyancy in the tank, the necessary instruction is operated in
sequence.

Place an order after selecting one among 2“ socket, 3” flange and 4“ flange sensor fastening methods and recording the height from the bottom of the tank to the top.

Sensor length is 6 kinds of 1m․2m․3m․6m․9m․12m. Place an order after selecting one according to the height of the tank.

If you want to check the instruction level of the tank indoors, place a separate order .

●

For high-temperature use or agent use, place a separate order.

●

If the instruction level will be checked indoors, place an order for the current-type
(4～20㎃). (DC24V supply/series connection with sensor)

◆	When you put FLOAT into the tank, hold a rope and don't release it, but release it when Float goes down perfectly.
◆	At the time of manufacturing, process can be carried out only when, as Float doesn't reach the tank bottom, the state that it goes down perfectly is 0m(0%) and the maximal position(99%) is adjusted in the upper part of the tank at the time of order.
◆	When you check the instruction level indoors using 4～20㎃, open the sensor head cap, make zero adjustment to 0% at the time of 0m(0%) and make SPAN adjustment to 99% at the 99% position for use.
◆	When 0% instruction isn't carried out as Float reaches the tank bottom, shorten the string of the loop connected to the rope's end for use.
◆	When Float cannot be put into the upper part of fastened socket or the flange, first put the string of the loop into the tank, pull it, put Float into the tank and hang the loop for use.
◆	At the time of connection, open the sensor head cap at the right side and carry out connection using 1/2“ connect.
◆	When you put Float into the tank, don't release a rope.(It can cause damage to rope loop and sensor)
◆	Don't open the cap where caution sticker is attached to the sensor body.(It can cause function troubles)
◆	When the tank length is low(Less than 1m), use dish-type Float.(Instruction level's range becomes large)
