天地盒成型機產品特性:

• 具備記憶功能,裝好模具后一分鐘可調出以前生產過的產品數據.
• 折入尺寸深,zui深可折入80mm.
• 可做部分相對異型的天地盒,如高低邊盒,梯形盒,開窗盒.
• 可生產耳朵左右對搭或對折的天地盒,如:蘋果手機盒、小米手機盒等.
• 抱盒成型通過機械手將整個盒子抱起,以避免面紙拖花.

• Characteristics:

• Inligent adjusting, quick mold changing, suitable for producing various model of rigid boxes one day.
• Adopts servo optical fiber positioning system, high positioning accuracy ( ±0.2mm ). 
• With memory function, can recall previously produced box paramets to start production within 1 minute after assemble the molds.
• Max. turn-in depth is high to 80mm.
• Can make some irregular shape boxes, like high-low boxes, trapezoidal boxes, etc.
• Can make ear-to-ear and ear-cross-ear folding boxes, like Iphone box.
• When wrapping, the holding device hold the box up, ensure not to scratch the wrapping paper.
• Can choose below optional parts according to requirement:

• Vision and robot arm positioning system, positioning accuracy high to ±0.1mm.
